Ellipticals The model number and serial number on an elliptical machine can be found in one of three places: The serial number may be on the main bracket on a white or a silver sticker at the rear of the machine. The serial number may be on a white or a silver sticker on the main frame under the left pedal arm. Steppers The most common place to find your model and serial number is on a white or a silver sticker on the bottom of the upright bar that holds the monitor. You will also want to look at the vertical, main frame bar that lays parallel to the floor. Back To Top
Treadmills Spacesaver Models: Fold treadmill into upright position. There will be a white or a silver decal located on the frame in one of the following positions: On the right side opposite the power cord. Inside of the upright base on the right side of the treadmill. Back To Top
